OUR VISION
Deaf Men: Lean On God is a place where Deaf, Hard of Hearing, CODA, and hearing men can relax and worship the Lord Jesus Christ. Also, it is a great opportunity for all adult men to have fellowship and take advantage. of understanding how God's Word applies to their lives.
This retreat is for fellowship with others who are like-minded. You can enjoy the teaching and group discussion times.
There are some exciting recreational activities; such as corn-hole, disc-golf, hiking, game boards, and a devotional bonfire.
Deaf Men: Lean On God is to help Godly men grow closer to the Lord. Also, the participants can say what they are feeling.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
The Bible… We believe in Bible to be the inspired and authorized Word of God.
The Godhead… We believe in one true and living God, eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Salvation… We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Eternity… We believe in the bodily resurrection of all men, the saved to eternal life, and the unsaved to judgment and everlasting punishment.
Mission statement
To let God transform men into the image of Jesus Christ for His glory and edify single and married Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and hearing men to become more Godly men for His kingdom.
Vision statement
Lean On God exists to give Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and hearing men a way to glorify God and the Lord Jesus Christ. We see ourselves as a ministry assisting Deaf Christian men for spiritual renewal in the lives of individuals, families, and congregations.
